National Agreements
The Universidad de los Andes executes agreements with national educational institutions to provide opportunities of academic, cultural and scientific exchanges aimed at contributing to the comprehensive preparation of students, the academic strengthening of our teaching staff and the University's positioning nationwide.
Today, the University has entered into agreements with the following Colombian Universities:
- UNIVERSIDAD TECNOLÓGICA DE BOLÍVAR - Cartagena
- UNIVERSIDAD DEL NORTE - Barranquilla
- UNIVERSIDAD ICESI - Cali
- UNIVERSIDAD INDUSTRIAL DE SANTANDER - Bucaramanga
- UNIVERSIDAD PONTIFICIA BOLIVARIANA (Architecture and Design only) - Medellín
- UNIVERSIDAD EAFIT - Medellín
- UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL DE COLOMBIA -Bogotá
- UNIVERSIDAD JAVERIANA - Bogotá
- UNIVERSIDAD MINUTO DE DIOS - Bogotá
Whenever students from any of the foregoing Universities wish to come to our University to take a course in any of the programs offered by the Universidad de los Andes, they must comply with the following requirements:
- Apply for the exchange programs executed by the universities within the dates set to such effects.
- Submit the required documents to the External Relations Office or to any other office acting in its capacity in the University of the student interested in an exchange with the Universidad de los Andes.
- Visit the website of the Admission and Records Office. http://registro.uniandes.edu.co/scripts/adm_ser.php in order to check the offer for the current semester and choose a course.
The External Relations Office or any other office acting as such in the student's university of origin, submits the candidates for exchange to Universidad de los Andes, which will make the final selection and approval thereof.
The Admission Office of the Universidad de los Andes will then provide the respective guidelines to each of the admitted students. These guidelines include information about course selection methodology, registration of courses and beginning of the semester.
