SICO-5602 Organizational Strategy and Bsc

This course seeks to develop skills in analysis, assessment and strategic decision-making under certainty and uncertainty scenarios. For this purposes, the course is based on the observation of social systems from a systemic standpoint, where the student is expected to adopt a holistic view of organizations so as to strategically define mechanisms of action in financial, economic and social fields. Strategic maps and the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) are studied as tools for monitoring the development of organizational strategy.
