Art History and Architecture Option
Description
The purpose of studying the series of relationships that bring these areas together is to develop connections between the city, its history and the systems of representation of the different societies in their historic periods, enabling students to define their position in these transformation processes, This Option also intends to associate different faculties in accordance with their common interests, as well as support the interests of students who would like to concentrate in these areas in future Master’s or Doctoral programs. This Option is coordinated by the Academic Coordination Unit of the Department of Architecture.
Program Structure
This Option consists of five courses (15 credits) and a monograph (3 credits). These courses are to be taken as follows:

Three courses in the areas of Art and/or Architecture (they may all be in just one area or both).

Two courses in the areas of History and/or Humanities (they may be two courses in one area or one course in each).
