DEPO-1205 Chi-Kung
A martial art of Chinese origin that helps to establish a control of the energy in the body. It allows distinguishing physical strength from the inner strength of the individual. Flexibility is practiced through warm-up and stretching routines, which help students develop a disposition for concentration and relaxation. These are the specific aptitudes to be taken into account in the development of inner strength and increase of mental strength, through the different movements based specifically on breathing techniques.
