DEPO-1209 Aerobic Gymnastics

This class enables the performance of a series of harmonic movements combining upper and lower extremities. This course develops a wide array of high- and low-impact exercises as well as choreographies. In high-impact exercises, it is practiced with the arms lifted and with light jumps, without causing any injury or physical risk. This type of exercise benefits the metabolism and cardiovascular fitness. Low-impact exercises are slow and with constant contact with the ground, but they still require muscular strength. Choreographies are sequences of movements aimed at developing: coordination, direction, orientation and memory. This class develops motor skills.
