MBAE-4713 Company Internationalization and Globalization
This course offers participants a global and regional business perspective. It examines the fundamentals of international trade, the nature of global and regional companies, current macroeconomic aspects and the way firms move forward and compete in the world market. Emphasis is placed on problems with adapting to environments that have different sociological, cultural, legal, political and economic characteristics to plan, coordinate, control and structure the organizational relationships of the firms.
