MDER-4505 Economic Analysis of Law

This course looks at the major debates surrounding the relationship between law and economics and inside of the economic analysis of law, understood as a school within legal theory. The emphasis is not on the economic tools or in its usage, but in the theoretical and historical, political and cultural context within this school has emerged and developed.
