MEDI-1201 Communication Skills
The Communication Skills course is a part of the syllabus of Social Medicine in the program of Medicine. The objective of the course is to provide students of medicine with theoretic-practical elements of communication in order for them to delve into the different aspects of human communication, the contents and nuances of the doctor-patient relationship. The acquisition of this understanding, skills and attitudes will be essential to facilitate communication processes with the patients and their families, as well as with other colleagues and health professionals.
