Areas Modeling of Water Quality : Characterization and quantification of contaminating discharges on surface water ways. Hydraulic and hydrological characteristics of water ways. Unidimensional and bidimensional models of the behavior of surface water constituents: dissolved oxygen, DBO, pathogens, nitrogen, phosphorus, toxic substances. Eutrophication of lakes and dams. Management of Mud: Mud sources and its environmental impact. Quantification and characterization of mud volumes. Treatments: thickening, dehydration, digestion, composting, drying, storage.
