ADMI-2605B Organizations
This course is an approach to the field of knowledge known as Organisational Theory. It aims to go deeply into the principal relationships and processes which occur in organisations and to develop abilities for the observation and description of such relationships and processes. At least five subjects must be studied: organisation and organisational theory, structure and design of an organisation, organisation as an open system, the power and control which arise in organisations and organisational culture. It also familiarises the student with empirical studies of Colombian and Latin American organisations.
