MBAE-4642 Organizational Behavior

In light of recent literature, basic human processes and group and organizational processes are discussed in companies of all types, for purposes of strengthening the skills of participants in handling organizational practices. Particular issues discussed include perception, learning, motivation, work in groups, decision making, power and leadership, and culture and innovation.
