MBAE-4422 Logística
The participant is faced with the challenge of approaching the topic of operations, logistics and production of goods and services from a strategic perspective. The course examines the opportunities to generate competitive advantages as of the function of production, using tools for operation planning, coordination and control. It also analyzes logistic organization in supply chains, distribution, internal flow of information and materials.
