CELE-5511 Innovation and Change Management

This course portrays the most important aspects that cannot be taken for granted in Change Management and company innovation. This course also is aimed to treat Organizational Change, which intends to generate clarity and understanding of change origins, sources and interdependence, to raise public awareness and engage participants in understanding and the use of methodologies in order to manage it, as well as general position before change processes, its role as external signs identifying actor, catalyst or influence actor so it can happen, could be managed and headed in a proper manner.
