ADMI-2204 Finances II: Investment
The course is to provide students with an understanding of investment analysis tools from the financial point of view, including means to finance such investment and the risks inherent in it. The course essentially consists of three large blocks: financial mathematics, building a flow of funds and evaluation of investment alternatives in situations of uncertainty. Prerequisites: Finances 1: Planning.
