SICO-5104 Diagnóstico Organizacional e Indicadores de Gestión
This course seeks to develop abilities to diagnose the effectiveness of an organization in terms of their capacity to exert self control, self regulate and self manage. Besides, it explores in detail the different components of a method for designing and developing a management control system in an organization. Work is done over subjects such as organizational identity, organization structure, organizations’ primary activities and the building of KPIs and indexes useful to measure organizational performance.
