The course is focused on analyzing the most important problems related to corporate techniques in the current Mercantile Law. Basic topics: Corporation as contract, Simplified Shareholding Corporation, Assemblies and meetings, Responsibility of the administrators, merges and procurements, corporate groups, corporate taxation aspects.
