MBAE-4122 Negociación

The objective of this course is to develop participants’ negotiating skills. The course is given as a workshop, working on integrative and distributive negotiations, stressing the possibilities and the mechanisms to create value in negotiations. It compares Colombian negotiating culture with that of other countries.
