MBAE-4132 Entrepreneurship and Innovation
This course stimulates the entrepreneurial talent of participants and their abilities to identify opportunities to develop new products and services. Participants must be realistic when defining the work required to materialize opportunities they have identified. They should be able to find and valuate opportunities while gaining awareness of variable criticisms of the new business and degree of sensibility. At the same time, the entrepreneurial spirit and business competency is stimulated for companies already consolidated and established, known as intra-entrepreneurship.
