MBAE-4512 Strategic Formulation and Analysis
This course confronts participants with complex company situations which is of great help when developing essential concepts for management direction and achieve short term balanced results. Techniques are introduced and submitted for analysis and strategic formulation. In particular, abilities are developed to generate strategies maximizing value when confronting situations of competition and cooperation. Cases are included to allow the revision of methodologies such as Industry Analysis, Essential Competencies and definitions of Scenarios, among others.
