This workshop evaluates the achievements made in this regard by participants and delves into the key problems identified in the implementation of their plans. It is an opportunity to elaborate on the process carried out in the program, preparing to transfer the lessons learned to teams at work and developing leadership that facilitates changes and generates organizational learning. Participants are exposed to complex cases of business management to identify and generate the skills to contribute to effective management.
