MBAE-4811 Aspectos Legales en los Negocios
The objective is to understand the Colombian judicial system and the constitutional frameworks, and provide elements of judgment for those that take management decisions while they interact with advisors that specialize in legal affairs. Analysis is carried out based on court cases and rulings but with a practical focus that quickly make participants familiar with pertinent legal language. Management legal responsibility is examined along with that of the board of director members, among other subjects.
