MBAE-4234 Análisis de Decisiones Financieras
The objective of this course is for participants to have a command of the tools used to analyze an investment, considering how to finance it and the inherent risks involved. Among other topics, the course covers the concepts of value, profitability and risk, simulating the operative and financial conditions of investments through cash flow. In addition, it presents the problems regarding the information of traditional costs and the basic concepts of activity based costs (ABC). It goes over the essential points of decision-oriented budgeting, control and financial modeling process.
