Study Plan

The Master's Degree in Administration has been conceived as a program that interrelates the appropriation of knowledge, the development of skills and the formation of attitudes, with the objective of students acquiring the ability to solve organizational problems within a global context.

The program is structured into four academic periods: three semesters and one inter-semester period. Three key elements stand out: First, electiveness and flexibility, which allows students to choose between six electives to delve deeper into areas of interest or explore new topics. These electives can be taken within the Part-Time MBA program, at The International Summer School of the Faculty of Management, the Faculty's Graduate School or in the University's Master's Programs.

Secondly, Problem-Based Learning: with three challenges based on real problems in complex contexts, each with the aim of integrating knowledge from different courses, fostering skills such as decision-making, critical thinking and teamwork, and relating theory to practice through contacts with companies, entrepreneurs, academics and peers. In addition.

Finally, an International Week is included where students must participate in world-renowned institutions to acquire international perspectives and multicultural experiences, essential elements in the formation of responsible MBAs in an increasingly interconnected world.

MBA classes are held on Thursdays and Fridays from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm and on Saturday mornings and some afternoons. Class sessions alternate as follows: one week in person and one week online.
