Curso electivo para cubrir requisito GEOC-3XXX
The objective of this course is to provide students with fundamental concepts of spatial data analysis focusing on geostatistical methods to investigate spatial dependent variables. The emphasis will be on geosciences and natural resources related problems. The student will learn introductory statistics necessary to perform semivariogram analysis, kriging interpolation and model evaluation through cross-validation technique.ugh cross-validation technique.
