ADMI3341 Brand Management

A brand is a pivotal strategic and financial asset for any organization. In this course, you will learn how to build a strong brand identity, a superior Brand experience, and lasting brand loyalty. You Will be able to differentiate your brand from the competition, sustain its differentiation and competitive advantage, and maximize its impact and profitability. The program is fast paced, dynamic, and practical, combining interactive lectures and discussions with case studies, planning exercises, and other group work. 

Each session will focus on a specific branding issue. By blending theory with practical examples, the lectures provide a series of frameworks and management tools for analysing and solving a branding problem. The case discussions, on the other hand, are designed to illustrate the complexities associated with the branding issue in question. The course aims to create a balance between the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary for future brand managers and scholars alike.
